Kari Chitty, BCBA

Kari is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master's in Special Education and years of experience in public education, where she taught, coached, and partnered with school teams to strengthen behavior practices and build systems of support. At Behavior Advantage, she's part of a team that makes sure partners never feel like they're figuring it out alone. From first conversations to full implementation, Kari helps school and district teams turn great tools into everyday practice, keeping things practical, manageable, and actually working for the people doing the work. Before entering education, Kari served on active duty in the Army, an experience that shaped how she leads today: steady under pressure, community-focused, collaborative, and always committed to the bigger picture.
