Laura Burley, Ed.S., NCSP, Licensed Educational Psychologist

As a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and Licensed Educational Psychologist, I bring over 17 years of experience supporting students, educators, and school systems. Before becoming a school psychologist, I was a classroom teacher, which drives my passion for practical solutions that work in real classrooms. Using Behavior Advantage, I help schools strengthen their MTSS frameworks with a focus on function-based behavior support. I’m proud to support teams in using data-driven practices to improve outcomes for all students.
