Charlie Hill, BCBA
Charlie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience partnering with educators and school teams to implement effective, sustainable behavior support systems. He brings direct experience working within a large public school district, supporting individual students while also strengthening school- and district-wide behavior systems, as well as in an intensive non-public school program serving students with complex behavioral needs.
Across settings, Charlie brings a practical, coaching-focused approach grounded in consistency and collaboration. At Behavior Advantage, he works alongside educators nationwide to strengthen behavior planning and implementation in ways that are realistic, team-based, and support positive, lasting student growth. Outside of work, he is a year-round youth sports coach, bringing the same supportive, growth-oriented mindset to the field that he brings to school teams.
