Kari Chitty, BCBA

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) in Special Education, I’m passionate about helping educators create supportive and inclusive classroom environments where all students can thrive. With a background in teaching, behavior analysis, and systems-level work, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with school teams to implement practical, evidence-based strategies that drive student success. I served on active duty in the Army, and after transitioning out, I continued to support military families and communities in various volunteer roles. My experiences with diverse populations have deeply influenced my commitment to equipping educators with the tools they need to make a lasting impact.
